Spent some time away from pliers, wires and beads to work on some other projects. Although I did have some accessories made last month , I just didn't manage to find the time to snap photos and upload them.
This daisy pendant with the Azurite stone in the middle is made of sterling silver wires. The petals were created using pliers and though they don't look identical, that adds to the charm of this piece. I sold this shortly after creating it. I hope the new owner loves it as much as I had fun making it.
Had some good comments on similar pendants using other stones such as amethyst, glass beads, and just spiraled wire. Young ladies generally liked them and thought they were 'sweet'.
They were fairly simple to make, mostly taking 5 to 10 minutes per flower, depending on the stiffness of the wires used. I would do them when I had not much ideas of what else to create. Guess time spent making them also helped to inspire other designs.
